How to reach XIM University
The conclave is at the new XIM University campus at Harirajpur,
on the Sunderpada–Jatni road. It is outside the city, so tell your driver
XIM University New Campus, Jatni — not the old Xavier Square campus.

Do not go to Xavier Square. That is the old campus in the city.
The conclave is at the new campus near Jatni, about 45 minutes further out.

purpose-built campus at Harirajpur. A Jesuit foundation hosting a Montfortian

Biju Patnaik International Airport to the venue
The airport is the closest arrival point and the simplest route. Prepaid taxis and
app cabs are available at the terminal.
- Leave the airport towards Airport Square
Turn onto the main road outside the terminal.
- Continue past Naveen Niwas
Straight along the main road, heading away from the city centre.
- Take the Poonama Gate flyover
Stay on the flyover and come down onto Bhimatangi Road.
- Follow Bhimatangi Road past Lingaraj Station
You will pass the Lingaraj Station police station on your way.
- Pass the Airfield Police Station and the petrol pump
Keep straight; the road becomes the Sunderpada – Jatni Road.
- Continue through Hi-Tech City, Padhan Sahi and Jamukoli
You will pass Odisha Engineering College on the way.
- XIM University is on your left
The new campus gate is on the Sunderpada – Jatni Road, before Jatni (AH 45).
Bhubaneswar Railway Station to the venue
Bhubaneswar (BBS) is the main station. If your train stops at
Lingaraj Temple Road instead, you are already closer — join this
route at step 4.
- Leave the station towards Master Canteen
The station exit road leads to Master Canteen square.
- Rajmahal Square
Continue through the signal at Rajmahal Square.
- Sishubhaban Chhak, then Naveen Niwas
Straight through, heading south out of the city.
- Take the Poonama Gate flyover onto Bhimatangi Road
Past Lingaraj Station.
- Pass the Airfield Police Station and the petrol pump
The road becomes the Sunderpada – Jatni Road.
- Through Hi-Tech City, Padhan Sahi and Jamukoli
Past Odisha Engineering College.
- XIM University is on your left
New campus, before Jatni (AH 45).
Baramunda Bus Stand to the venue
Baramunda is Bhubaneswar's main inter-city bus terminal, on the west side of the city.
- Leave Baramunda towards AG Chhak
Head east into the city on the NH-16 service road.
- AG Chhak, then Capital Hospital
Continue south past Capital Hospital.
- Airport Square
Join the main airport road here.
- Naveen Niwas, then the Poonama Gate flyover
Onto Bhimatangi Road.
- Airfield Police Station and the petrol pump
The road becomes the Sunderpada – Jatni Road.
- Through Hi-Tech City, Padhan Sahi and Jamukoli
Past Odisha Engineering College.
- XIM University is on your left
The official campus map below shows the airport and railway routes. The bus stand
is not on it, so this route joins the same road at Airport Square. If in doubt,
call the transport desk.
